Learning Activities will include exploring current thinking about flexibility in the vocational education and training context, creating a shared understanding of client needs (considering both learners and their employers where relevant), experiencing a range of tools that can aid more flexible learning practices and developing an implementation plan for enhanced flexibility.

This section presupposes a knowledge of the VET system, basic computer skills and familiarity with internet searching. If you require assistance with any or all of these skills please contact X [link to contact information] to arrange appropriate support.

The following diagram represents some of the roles and tasks related to flexible learning. This program will be structured around these roles and tasks, but, as in the training needs analysis, you will encouraged to focus on the areas of the program that most closely relate to your role and responsibilities.
