Digital Web Magazine - Web Designer%u2019s FREElance Toolbox for Windows - list a great selection of software/tools that free and useful for web designers. One interesting thing is the suggestion that WordPress (a blogging system) can be used as Content Management Systeme. I feel a bit crazy suggestion to use blogging systems as for content management, so it great to see other people suggestion it as well.
