Resources from the Professional Judgment in VET Forums conducted by Reframing the Future in August 2005. These look like they would be useful for workshops with staff about this topic.
One thing that bugs me about the Reframing the Future website is that the URL in the address bar does not reflect where you are in the site. This makes providing a direct link to what you want messier than it really needs to be.
