Communities of Practice

Earlier in the week I participated in a mid-year workshop for Communities of Practice supported by Reframing the Future. It was a day of strong reflection about how the projects are progressing and one of the topics I found very rich was the translation of the concept of practice into a diagram. As the elements of a community of practice are described separately but in reality intertwine, pulling apart the notion of practice helped me see where we can really move forward.
