RSS feeds into WebCT

Update:
This works, but I couldn't work out how quickly the information updated after I posted a new entry. So, we went for this solution http://jade.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/feed/ which involved loading some php files and other bits and pieces to our existing website. Seems to be working fine so far.
